McDonald's in Peine

As the only customer in the store, the order was totally blown. 2 x mayo was missing, frappé was wrong instead of chocolate with caramel, ordered cola with ice, got no ice. Extra sauce charged which was also missing !!

... Wait times ... Especially at corono and where only the drive is open you should think that the process works better, but nothing works here ... I had to wait 30 minutes ... Apart from the line that goes up to the street goes. Someone here would like to save money and save on staff .....

Received an incomplete order again. No burgers, or the sauces for the fries or curly fries .. Fries cold and hard. This Peiner store really wasn't able to properly and completely pack one of the last 10 orders !! If I could, I wouldn't give a star at all .. For the money, impossible!

This McDonalds is a total disaster !! EVERY TIME something is missing. You order in relatively large quantities (you spend a lot of money accordingly!) And you may overlook something yourself. And they never get it! Times .. yes ok .. but always? !! I've rarely seen anything incompetent! I worked in the regular restaurant business, yes McDonalds is something else, but that ?!

This shop doesn't even deserve a star! Dealing with the staff is very desirable, hence the constant change of staff - rip-off through and through! Hygiene regulations are not really given.

Keeping calm in the Corona times with this rush in the drive-in deserves respect! Thanks!

The waiting times at the moment for Corona are pure impertinence! Other Mc Donalds like in Braunschweig and co do this much better! You always wait at least 20 minutes until you have the food in hand.

Unfortunately, it's like playing the lottery there, you can find nice staff and good food, but you can also have completely unfriendly staff there and waste of food.

Asked the employee if coupons are valid - no! I could enter it at the terminal. The terminal offered the option of paying with Apple Pay, but there was no NFC reader anywhere.

Always nice to come here, even under Corona-restrictions. They shorten personal address registration with code-scanner. Very practical! Coffee perfect as always! Thanks for your hospitality!

Food and drink good. Staff very friendly. What is not possible is that young people besiege everything in the children's area. Enter the slide with shoes or lie on the play tower so that the right age group has no chance to play. It's a shame. But who wants to intervene with 6 young people ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♀️

Have just been here and are disappointed. Food didn't really taste good. But since we were hungry we ate up. After that we were still hungry. Summary .. For the price you get a rich and definitely delicious meal in every village restaurant.

I wouldn't stop here next time on my trip. The order took an unusually long time as only two machines were open and it was not possible to order at the cash registers. In addition, there was no soap in the men's toilet and the disinfectant was also empty.

First we had to repeat the order 3 times and then correct it again at the counter. And then we didn't get everything as ordered. Disaster ?

What can I say ? I love McDonalds ? The food is good, on warm days there are almost always ice cubes and the toilet is clean ? So I think it's great ??

I understand the current situation we have. But here in peine it is the only shop where I have to give my details before ordering and how should I know where I am sitting and which table it is. anywhere else I can order first, sit down and with the meal, the note comes to fill out. Maybe it would make more sense across the board.

We have just been there about 20 minutes ago and it was very uncomfortable and the smootie was water with flavor and the mac flurry was water with caramel, smarties and caramel. The coffee was nice for that 1 star well done macdonalds ??

I have partly good but also partly bad experiences ... Unfortunately there are mostly bad ones. It starts with the fact that one is not properly listened to when ordering and is even accused of saying something wrong, even though there are other people in the car who have heard exactly what was said.

Table Service and a great playground (although closed in winter)

Clean place. Good breakfast. The best McDonald Restaurant on the road. Kids playground available.

A standard McDonald's, what more can I say. Nothing special. The staff, well normal.

One of few McDonalds along this section of autobahn with an indoor playground (one slide). Customer service could be better.

Poor quality in Mac cafe ( hot chocklate was cold!!!Cinnamon roll was not fresh and very cold too)

I do not recommend anybody to eat there because is not hygiene and does not meet the American mcds standards
